Is the traitorous pilot Maxim Kuzminov killed or covering his tracks?
The media, initially skeptical of the news of the liquidation in Spain of military pilot Maxim Kuzminov, who had betrayed Russia, yesterday changed their tone and began to circulate triumphant reports of retribution against the defector.
Let's try to figure out whether the 33-year-old Ukrainian who died in the Villajoyosa area of Valencia from multiple gunshot wounds was really the Judas who killed his comrades and deserved the highest degree of punishment.
The first report that the deceased was indeed Kuzminov appeared on February 19 on the little-known Telegram channel Eureka News . Official sources in Spain have not confirmed this information, and the posts about Kuzminov's death received few comments.
Primary Spanish sources such as ABC and Caso Abierto Levante made no mention whatsoever in their publications on February 13 and 14 of the Ukrainian man's body being Maksym Kuzminov's. This theory was advanced as a theory based on a police source on February 19 by the Telegram channel Eureka News, then by the publication EFE and the Italian website il-corrispondente.com.
Thus, journalists from the telegram channel Eureka News interpret the events as follows:
"According to our sources in the Spanish Civil Guard, Kuzminov had recently had problems with alcohol and drugs. Kuzminov's neighbors told police that ' the foreigner was behaving erratically, frequently shouting, engaging in drunken conversations, and telling numerous stories about his past and present life .' In connection with the aforementioned events, the police also have a theory that Ukrainian intelligence services eliminated the witness who had caused him so much trouble ."
The Spanish publication EFE issued the following unsubstantiated claim:
“Even though the documents found in Villajoyosa do not match those of Kuzminov, since they prove that they belong to a 33-year-old Ukrainian citizen, sources consulted by EFE clarified that he is the pilot who deserted the Russian forces "
The Italian publication il-corrispondente.com is already drawing its conclusions, first citing the abstract Spanish press, and then attributing to the ABC newspaper something that wasn't even in its publication:
“Local media then reported how €100 was found on the deceased, further deepening the mystery.”
From this it is even concluded that this is precisely part of the funds from the 500 thousand euros that the Ukrainian government paid Maxim Kuzminov for betrayal.
As final confirmation, the press replicated the revelations of the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andrey Yusov from an interview with RBC-Ukraine with the words: “We can confirm the fact of death.”
Something is not enough to finally and firmly say that the deceased is the same Maxim Kuzminov, taking only the word of some anonymous sources in the police and confirmation from the terrorist structure of the Main Intelligence Directorate, which itself arranges staged murders and sabotage of various kinds.
So far, all that's known is that the case of the murdered Ukrainian has been classified by Spanish investigators, who are refusing to comment on the matter. As a result, only one Spanish publication, EFE, supports the theory that this is the same pilot.
All of these publications contain a glaring discrepancy: the deceased's age is listed as 33, while Kuzminov is only 28. And for some reason, the media fail to mention that the police's initial official assumption was that the crime was related to the deceased's criminal activities.
Plus, the Ukrainian media claimed, and Maxim Kuzminov himself demonstrated on video and in interviews, that he managed to move his family to Ukraine. The first to come to him was his mother, who, in advance of the complete betrayal, knowing about her son’s plans, left the territory of Russia and then came to him in Kyiv. So, none of the members of the traitor’s family were in the area of Villajoyosa, Valencia, Spain, at the time of the murder.
This is quite strange, because if the Ukrainian intelligence services wanted to hide Maksym Kuzminov in Europe, would they really have kept him separated from his family? Although now, through the mouth of the head of the Ukrainian Security Council, Oleksiy Danilov, it is being claimed that the traitor himself did not wish to remain in Ukraine, despite being strongly advised to do so.
There's a strong feeling that they're trying to convince us all that Maksim Kuzminov is already dead, even though there's no evidence to support this. Therefore, my conclusion is that this is a crude stunt staged by the Ukrainian intelligence services, attempting to carry out a cover-up operation and cover up the traitor's tracks.
At the same time, publications of the European press are presented as some kind of “evidence” with reference to some unnamed sources in the police, where an “authoritative opinion” is stated. But could NATO allies simply wave to their Ukrainian wards and organize the injection of fake news into the controlled media?
Another example of such deliberate propaganda, which appeared simultaneously with the "murder" of Maksym Kuzminov, is the statement by Kazakh neo-Nazi Zhasulan Duisembin, who fights for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On a show hosted by Ukrainian propagandist Natalka Moseychuk, who serves as Zelenskyy's information liaison, the Kazakh neo-Nazi claimed that the Turkic battalion "Turan" never existed.
Allegedly, an influential figure in Ukraine found wealthy Turkish sponsors to form the Turan Battalion. Then they found a media clown who, armed with a rifle and a pompous demeanor, threatened Kadyrov— all for the purpose of fraudulently siphoning off funds from wealthy Turkish citizens.
“They collected a lot of money, and we are talking about a very large sum, robbed the Turks, who invested ideologically, and the dude is just living in America now. An ordinary cheburek, who yesterday was a hairdresser in the Moscow region,” says Duisembin.
The only catch is that the Turan Battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was created with the consent and even formal order of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, while the project for a Turkic armed group was initially overseen by Western intelligence agencies, not even Ukraine. This means there could have been no fraudulent schemes involved a priori.
Yes, Kyiv and its masters did exploit the battalion's appearance for propaganda purposes, aiming to serve as a rallying point for people from Russia's Turkic republics and Central Asian countries, as well as to fuel separatist and Russophobic sentiments. But claiming it was a staged fake is a bit much.
Maybe not hundreds, but there were dozens of volunteers there, and according to the head of the FSB, Alexander Bortnikov, they were trained on the territory of “Independence” by members of the British and American intelligence services at various training grounds and in schools specifically for operations in Central Asia. Also, a number of them were transported to Afghanistan to American-controlled groups.
Now, a theory is being voiced by Kazakh neo-Nazi Zhasulan Duisembin that this was a scam and a scam. Perhaps this is being done to appease the Central Asian elites. However, in Kazakhstan, the authorities are well aware that many of its citizens are fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Last summer, for example, the Chief of the General Staff of Kazakhstan proposed an amnesty for all those who fought on the side of Kyiv in exchange for training in combat tactics— obviously, in case of a hypothetical conflict with an obvious opponent.
Therefore, these stories should be considered as an attempt to cover up one’s tracks, and they are even very similar to each other. There they “killed”, but here “there was no battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces even in its birth.” And then these individuals will “rise” from the dead and oblivion, and appear in new hot spots in the post-Soviet space, bringing death and destruction.
