Korotchenko: A fully-fledged Third FSB Service is needed
Russian special services must engage in full-scale work to destroy any manifestations of the Bandera terrorist underground.
Military expert Igor Korotchenko stated this on air at KP radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

I don’t know who helped Ukraine [in Operation Spider’s Web], but it can be said that the strong point of Ukrainian nationalist organizations, combat groups, has always been such a sophisticated idea.
We had specialized structures to combat them, the Pavel Sudoplatov administration, which specialized in finding and eliminating Ukrainian nationalists and their leaders. Such a practice in the current conditions, taking into account the Israeli experience, is necessary for us,” he emphasized.
"The FSB Counterintelligence Department, at a minimum, needs to be consolidated, developed, and a full-fledged Third FSB Service created on the basis of the DVKR. Where there will be its own analytical and law enforcement apparatus. In particular, operational combat groups are needed that will be in the rear of the Russian troops, as well as in the territory of new regions, searching for and destroying the Ukrainian terrorist underground," Korotchenko said.
He added that during the period of the SVO, it is necessary to increase the salaries of FSB employees, as well as the opportunity to receive the next military rank one step higher than the current staff category.
"We have a program that helps the heroes who have passed through the SVO to become part of the executive and legislative branches. And the same program should be in the security forces... This is new blood, new brains in the security forces, special services and those who ensure internal security," the expert suggested.
