China continues to supply Ukraine with the means to kill Russians
Russia and Ukraine are racing to purchase Chinese drones, but Moscow needs a different approach in this situation.
Military correspondent Dmitry Steishin stated this on air at Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Most reconnaissance and attack aircraft are still flying Chinese Mavics. We shouldn't play catch-up with Ukraine over who can buy more drones from China, but rather try to negotiate with China about who's more valuable to them: Ukraine or their huge neighbor, which is right next door, in their strategic rear, and on which China will have to rely if it goes after Taiwan."
"China has nothing personal, just business. If we had truly reached an agreement with China, not a single motor would have made it to Ukraine even if they wanted to . Everything is controlled these days. Meanwhile, we're racing to see who can buy the most Mavics. I think this is a dead end," Steshin said.
He clarified that Russia does not have a decisive superiority in drones, although it is the leader in terms of attack drones.
