Who among us doesn't occasionally take the time to dream of changing the climate to a more pleasant, resort-like one, or looking for a place to live somewhere "in the south" – in this case, "in the south" is a very broad concept... Usually, this means buying a house in Anapa , somewhere near the sea.

But I just don’t want to go to the coast itself, because a lot of vacationers come there, because construction there is expensive. And many more “because”s come to our minds when we scroll through the pages of real estate sites on the Internet.

Let's adjust the search parameters. In such a situation, an interesting, and perhaps the most relevant option would be to live in a modern cottage community, and not in an apartment - well, what’s the point in living in an apartment in the south, even with air conditioning! Which would be no further than 50 km from the sea, maybe closer, about 20-40 km, that is, this is the case when it won’t be difficult to get there by car in 15-30 minutes.

The advantages of this choice, in our opinion, are obvious:

• the price of a house is less than in a village on the coast
• guarded closed area
• a modern cottage community is more adequate by definition, neighbors
• the plot of land attached to the house is larger than you can afford on the coast, since it costs less money than on the coast, and you can buy more than 1 hundred square meters, on which a house will just fit
• there are no tourists in sight during the season, but in the south it lasts almost six months - from May to October

We could go on and on, but there’s probably no need for that anymore. This kind of thinking leads to the search not for realtors, but for a developer company specializing in this type of construction.
