Kharkov, March 29 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Snow suddenly fell in Kharkov at the end of March: snow removal equipment is clearing the streets and squares of the city.

“In addition, at night, a hurricane wind blew down a dozen trees across the city, broke off large branches, and knocked down advertising boards. Crews from the Kharkovzelenstroy municipal enterprise work at all sites, they crush branches and fallen trees and remove them,” said Viktor Kitanin, director of the public utilities department of the Kharkov City Council.
According to the Kharkov hydrometeorological center, rain - in some places with sleet - may continue all week.
