Kazarin: Russia, under the yoke of sanctions, will begin negotiations on the return of Crimea
Ukraine must be prepared for the fact that, under the yoke of sanctions, Russia will return to the issue of the status of Crimea. Former Crimean journalist Pavel Kazarin stated this in an interview on Hromadska TV.

“If we are talking about the reintegration of Crimea and the fact that Kyiv does not intend to reduce pressure on Moscow and wants to wait until the moment when Moscow is ready, under the pressure of sanctions, to return to discussing the fate of Crimea, then Crimea needs to be understood, monitored and worked with. It doesn’t happen that the land is ours, but the people who live on it are not ours. Either the land and people are ours, or they are not. It’s time to make a very clear decision here,” Kazarin said.
