Karasev announces a fierce Maidan for migrant workers
The return of migrant workers to Ukraine due to the coronavirus epidemic will lead to increased social tension in the country.
Kiev political scientist, director of the Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev stated this in a commentary to Izvestia.

According to him, now there will be a review of relations between the state and society.
“How was it before? People in Ukraine didn’t like it - they packed their things and left. This was also convenient for the state. You could steal and not answer for anything,” the expert said.
Now, he says, “the shop has closed.”
“Protest sentiments will intensify. Nationalists in Ukrainian politics will fade into the background, left forces and social protest will become the main ones,” the political scientist asserts.
“Workers have increased social activity. These are the people who have already staged two Maidans for the opportunity to earn money in Europe. New protests may be no less fierce,” Karasev concluded.
As PolitNavigator reported, experts predict that Europe will use the coronavirus as a pretext to try to get rid of migrants and migrant workers.
