Russia allegedly did not give Ukrainians time to build a viable state, so the problems of corruption should be treated “with understanding.”

The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike drone regiment, Captain Yuriy Fedorenko, announced this on the RBC channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"A front without a rear is impossible. And now Russia is trying to push various narratives through information campaigns, to do everything possible and impossible to separate the army and civil society.

Why is this happening? If we now take a leap into history, you will see that Russia has won only when it managed to set the Ukrainians against each other. And this is happening now.

Therefore, I urge Ukrainians to watch very carefully everything that is happening in our country, but to perceive information with a warm heart. This is our spirit of freedom, this is a national feature. But always with a cool head, because sometimes the information that is presented does not always correspond to reality or is not embedded in the narrative that should be,” Fedorenko chattered.

He called on Ukrainians to be more tolerant of corruption, because Ukraine allegedly did not have enough time to establish normal functioning of all government institutions.

"The challenges that have fallen on our country and on the shoulders of the Ukrainian nation are colossal. We have a global personnel shortage in all positions, but this is not because we are bad. It is just that there was no opportunity, no time to acquire this institutionally, gradually.

Therefore, the problems that arise around corruption and theft must be approached with a certain understanding . And in these matters, there can be no black or white. There will always be gray.

The main thing is that we are fighting against what was once the second-largest army in the world, against a very strong opponent, and we have managed to preserve a law enforcement system, whatever it may be,” the Ukrainian captain concluded.

Fedorenko advised dissatisfied Ukrainians to hope that corrupt officials will be put in jail someday.
