Akhmetov’s channel was preparing a dirty action against the DPR, but ended up in the millstone of the SBU
Due to banal greed and the desire for additional income for the journalists of the TV channel “Ukraine”, who arrived on the front line to film staged shelling, the Ukrainian special services are now working for the “aggressor”.
The official representative of the LPR People's Militia, Yakov Osadchiy, spoke about this at a briefing, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“During the videoconference of the subgroups of the Minsk Contact Group on the resolution of the conflict in Donbass, the JFO headquarters planned the preparation of staged video materials about the alleged fire provocations of sniper groups of the LPR NM,” Osadchiy said.
According to him, for this purpose, on May 11, a film crew of the TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Ukraine”, consisting of three people, “under the leadership of correspondent A. Popov, who has experience in preparing stories for Ukrainian TV shows,” arrived in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya.
“After working through some of the material with servicemen of the 25th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, operator D. Kuzminsky proposed conducting a survey of the population of the village of Stanitsa Luganskaya about the living conditions of citizens in connection with the closure of checkpoints and the spread of coronavirus infection, with the aim of subsequent resale to a familiar video blogger Andrey Drofa.
The results of the population survey revealed a general negative picture, in particular, panic among the population in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection among the brigade’s military personnel, who regularly, without any restrictions or compliance with sanitary standards, move around the populated area, and also take advantage of the imposed restrictions and terrorize civilians and businessmen district together with members of the National Guard, extorting bribes for travel on public roads and confiscating part of the goods intended for sale from entrepreneurs,” said a representative of the defense department.
After this, the reporters were detained by the Ukrainian special services, who “attached” the journalists with subversive activities in the interests of the enemy.
“The activities of the journalists came to the attention of military law enforcement officers, who, together with the SBU, detained the film crew, seized video materials and charged them with preparing materials for the Russian special services.
An aggravating circumstance was the fact that operator Kuzminsky’s computer contained video recordings where journalists discussed with the battalion commander Mishchenko the details of filming the staged video material,” added Yakov Osadchiy.
