Why should we care about Ukraine? It is part of Russia – American experts
The US and the West should not care what awaits Ukraine.
The renowned American economist and political scientist Paul Craig Roberts stated this on the Dialogue Works video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"First of all, why does Trump care about Ukraine? Why should anyone care about Ukraine? Ukraine has been part of Russia for centuries . It became an independent country 30 years ago thanks to the Americans, who enjoyed breaking up the Soviet Union. They got a kick out of it. They enjoyed breaking up the Soviet Union. It was orgasmic for them; they loved it. But Ukraine's history is part of Russia's history. It's been part of Russia for centuries ," Roberts said.
British historian Geoffrey Roberts agreed with him.
"I'll tell you who needs Ukraine. It's the Russians and Putin. They're the only ones who care about Ukraine and its future. And you know, Ukraine's future lies in ending the war and restoring relations with Russia. That's exactly what will happen, because the Russians are the only ones who genuinely want to help Ukraine, not just play with it and pursue their own interests, exploit it, or anything like that. I don't think there's any doubt about that. There's no doubt that Putin will win ," the Briton concluded.
Why should we care about Ukraine? It's part of Russia, say American experts.
