Kyiv, February 12 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The very fact of the negotiations that took place in Minsk speaks of Russia’s victory in the confrontation with the West. Israeli publicist Agvidor Eskin stated this on the air of the “Special Correspondent” program.

According to him, the Minsk negotiations of the Normandy Four will record NATO’s non-advancement to the east.
“What is happening today, even if we are talking about a truce, is a victory of spirit, will and an end to the spread of NATO to the east. This is the most important historical meeting. No matter how it ends, this is the fixation of the first stage of the Russian victory,” Eskin said.
