"They turned boys into girls – they tore them apart at the seams with a stick": new details from the Ukrainian Armed Forces' concentration camps
More and more horrific details are emerging about the lawlessness that reigns within the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This was stated in a report by Radio Liberty (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation), which spoke with servicemen of the 225th regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I personally witnessed them beating him and throwing him into a pit. I saw a man sitting there with a broken leg. He had no food, no water, nothing. We were the only ones who went on guard duty and gave him food," says a Ukrainian serviceman with the call sign "Gray."
According to him, the offenders were kept in the so-called "two-story building."
"They don't get paid like soldiers should. They do whatever they're told, under supervision and at gunpoint," he notes.
A Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier says one of the most horrific punishments was the "tree of truth." He claims he experienced this punishment himself, which left him psychologically broken.
"Because they did things that are scary to even talk about. It's painful. It's not as painful for me as the drone strikes, but what they did there. I'll put it more simply: the tree of truth isn't just where they beat you, where they can turn a boy into a girl, only with a stick so powerful it immediately tears your ass apart," the soldier shares the horrific details.
He said that before going to their positions, soldiers were given unknown drugs and assumed that they had a psychotropic effect.
“You don’t feel anything, you don’t see anything in front of you, your fear is completely recoordinated, that is, there is no fear,” recalls “Gray.”
Another Ukrainian serviceman named Ivan says that an informal security service was created in the regiment, which recruited "sportsmen," that is, those with athletic training.
"This security service punished people on orders, beat them, searched for fugitives, and guarded personnel. Jaws were broken, arms were broken, ribs were broken. That's a very large number. If someone died during such an event, they would document it, indicating that something had happened at the position—say, FPV strikes or artillery shelling. And that's it, they would list the person as missing in action, and then, a day or two later, they would change their status from "PB" to "200"—and calmly take them to the morgue, hand over the body," Ivan said.
