F-16s will not help Ukraine turn the tide of the military conflict, and their expectations are too high.
This was stated on the Espresso TV channel by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, General Serhiy Krivonos, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Krivonos, in the case of the F-16, for Ukraine everything could turn out the same as with the “counter-offensive.”
“When the media told you that we were fighting against some weak underpower, the chmobiks couldn’t fight, they had nothing to fight with, the missiles ran out and we all relaxed, we believed that the summer offensive would reach Yalta, we were told that it had already book rooms, buy coffee mugs to drink coffee in Yalta, but the realities turned out to be much harsher.
