Kyiv, December 22 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The Ukrainian government, if it were headed by a “normal prime minister,” should have already begun negotiations with the EU on the abolition of clauses in the agreement that prohibit the sale of domestic milk and meat from January 1.

“The villagers need to be given the opportunity to survive. The path to the EU does not mean that villagers should die of hunger on the roads of our villages. There must be a normal prime minister who must go to negotiations and say: guys, we signed something, there are no questions, but at the same time we must understand that we were not in war conditions then, and we had the opportunity to boost agriculture economy and reforms. And now a third of the villages are at war, and two-thirds are being deprived of the opportunity to feed that unfortunate cow, milk it and sell it to feed their family,” Kaplin said.

Similar laws are in force in the European Union countries and are designed to ensure that special factories and farms receive profits and earnings.
