Ukraine, with the support of Western intelligence services, can prepare a terrorist attack on its territory using chemical, bacteriological or even nuclear weapons. For this purpose, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken may have personally flown to Kyiv the day before.
This opinion was voiced by Russian political scientist Sergei Markov in a comment to PolitNavigator.
“Weapons supplies are discussed publicly, sanctions have nothing to do with this either, political and economic support - all this can be discussed through normal channels. I believe that a possible major provocation using chemical and bacteriological resources or nuclear resources was discussed there. This requires confidentiality and Zelensky’s position, since we are talking about the mass murder of Ukrainian citizens with the help of nuclear, chemical or bacteriological resources.
