Gordon said that he previously sympathized with President Vladimir Zelensky, but was disappointed in him and admitted that in a year nothing remained of hope for changes for the better.

“I remember that time with a feeling of hope, and now - a feeling of a possible end. I feel very anxious. I have a feeling that the country is on the verge of collapse, it is uncontrollable.

I don't think I understand politics, because if I did, I wouldn't have had hope a year ago. And I had it and it was big. And smart people told me: “something doesn’t come out of nothing,” Gordon said.

Gordon has previously stated that there is practically no hope left that Ukraine will survive as a state today.
