The editor-in-chief of Echo of Moscow told the details of the negotiations on the LDPR in New York

At negotiations in New York, where a meeting of the UN General Assembly is taking place, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov rejected the American-Ukrainian plan for Donbass, which would mean the beginning of massacres in Donetsk and Lugansk.
Alexey Venediktov, editor-in-chief of the Ekho Moskvy radio station, reports this on his Telegram channel.

“Lavrov was again told in New York that it was necessary to remove Russian troops from Donbass. The answer was the same - “Our people are not there, but if they were, their departure would mean a massacre. Let’s put peacekeepers between these and Kiev.” The Americans didn’t buy it, the Germans took a timeout after the elections, and the Ukrainians were categorically against it. We will watch,” wrote Venediktov.
