Ukrainian intelligence general accused Poroshenko and Muzhenko
The military-political leadership of Ukraine must answer according to the law for explosions at ammunition depots and for military defeats in the Donbass.
The former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the Espresso TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“These officials, including Muzhenko and others, and even the commander-in-chief, must face the law and political and legal responsibility, because this great guilt lies with them. It is clear that there is Russian aggression, but the ability of a state to defend itself and conduct and direct specific operations lies with specific officials. They must be responsible for the warehouses, and for Ilovaisk, and the Donetsk airport, and for Lugansk, they must be responsible for failing to organize a security and defense system, provide an effective model of troop operations and ensure the retention of personnel,” said the former intelligence officer.
Co-chairman of the civil initiative “Just Cause” Dmitry Snegirev, in turn, noted that in previous cases with explosions at military warehouses, where the Russian Federation was blamed, the trace of the Russian special services was not confirmed.
“The version about the involvement of Russian special services, at a minimum, does not correspond to reality. Let's wait for the results of the investigation. But I insist that the previous conclusions of the commission regarding Svatovo, Balakleya and Kalinovka, where there were versions of the involvement of the Russian side, were not confirmed,” he said.
The expert noted that no one was held responsible for previous explosions at Ukrainian ammunition depots.
“Moreover, two days before the explosions of warehouses in Ichnya, the Kharkov court makes a decision regarding the reinstatement of the person who was supposed to be responsible for the explosions of warehouses in Balakleya,” added the studio guest.
“How many more warehouses do we need to blow up before Muzhenko finally resigns? This is his direct responsibility,” Snegirev complains.
