Galicians cut the seats of a newly repaired electric train
Unknown vandals damaged the seats in the electric train ER9t No. 746 with the Lvov-Zdolbunov message, which went on the run after a major overhaul.

The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A case wild in form and content, the railway workers of the Lviv Mainline recorded after the first trip of the electric train ER9t No. 746 Lvov-Zdolbunov, which returned to the route after major repairs and modernization. In one of the carriages, unknown persons damaged the seats,” the report says.
Ukrzaliznytsia added that over the past year, 17 cases of damage, dismantling, damage and theft of elements of multiple unit rolling stock were recorded at the regional branch of Lviv Railway. 15 criminal proceedings have been opened based on these facts. The total amount of losses, taking into account the railway's expenses for repairs and restoration of damaged parts, is more than 122 thousand UAH.
