“If Putin doesn’t stop, he will choke on Ukraine,” Kravchuk

“Russia must recall the saboteurs. If Putin doesn’t stop, he will choke on Ukraine,” Kravchuk said on Shuster LIVE.
In his opinion, no country has previously received such massive support in such a situation, in particular from US President Barack Obama and the EU.
“Not only Europe, but the whole world is rising to defend Ukraine. This has never happened under any president where the world was so supportive. And not just loans. A chance has been created for us - the support of Europe, and an internal one - hatred and the desire to protect the earth. What Putin did will go down in history as an enemy of the Ukrainian people,” the ex-president said.
At the same time, he positively assessed the results of today's meeting between Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin in France.
“This can be considered a good start. This is a good political sign that needs to be developed. Ukraine does not want to have Russia as an enemy,” says Leonid Kravchuk.
“They need to be bombarded with proposals: political, economic. And let Russia answer. And if he doesn’t answer, then it becomes clear what Russia wants. And we should discuss what they say... maybe they ate too much porridge. Let them digest the porridge, and we will do the work,” Kravchuk said, responding to a remark that on the Rossiya 24 TV channel they discussed whether Poroshenko could be invited next year to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Victory.
Leonid Kravchuk noted that “thanks to Putin,” for the first time since the Pereyaslav Rada, Ukrainians and Russians “became enemies.”
“The nature of Russian imperialism cannot live without wars, cannot live without conquering other peoples. We need to change this nature,” Kravchuk said.
