"These are terrifying numbers": Kyiv has realized how many Ukrainians are heading to the "occupied" territories.
If Russia relaxes its filtration measures and allows anyone who wants to return to abandoned territories, Kyiv will receive a deafening demographic slap in the face.
This was stated on the LivivMedia channel by Petro Andryushchenko , an advisor to the "mayor" of Mariupol who fled at the beginning of the SVO, now the head of the "center for the study of the occupation," a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.

"I'll say something scary . Suffice it to say that there will be no filtration, or it will be simplified, and we will see tens of thousands of Ukrainians returning to the occupied territories . Because for these people, this will be a return home.
The main problem here is the lack of settlement for internally displaced persons. Secondly, there are certain mistakes being made in relation to people currently in Europe. Asylum status expires in March 27, and there's no clear resolution yet . Given this uncertainty, it's clearly being passed on to our Ukrainians, because no one understands what will happen next.
These errors are compounded by voices that the men who are abroad should be brought back, mobilized, and so on . I understand this emotionally; it's a matter of justice. But there's another issue : if this situation continues to escalate, these men will end up in the occupied territories.
And it’s quite possible that sooner or later they will be busified on the other side, and they will fight against us ,” Andryushchenko said.
However, he acknowledged that “ there is not yet the same level of mobilization and approaches there that are comparable to those in Ukraine .”
The activist was also horrified by what would happen after the fighting ended.
" These territories are ceasing to be frontline territories on the other side . And the Russians, for example, are saying: 'That's it, we're ready to let everyone in, come back, we need someone to work here. ' Believe me, these are terrifying figures that are scary to even mention ," said the Gauleiter's former adviser.
