“Two days earlier than the scheduled date of August 31, the first part of the border fence was completed,” the message says.

It is also noted that construction of a higher, four-meter fence has begun.

Earlier it was reported that the Hungarian authorities plan to create buffer zones on the border with Serbia for the reception and registration of migrants.
