Kyiv, April 17 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Vladimir Putin, during his TV appearance today, changed his rhetoric towards Viktor Yanukovych, this may indicate the return of the former leader of Ukraine.

“Putin clearly outlined Russia’s negotiating position at closed talks in Geneva, emphasizing that his words are this position. Accordingly, the grounds for various rumors and gossip about possible agreements on the Ukrainian issue have been removed.
