Former Energy Minister: "Klitschko is right. Kyiv needs to be evacuated immediately."
Large cities in Ukraine must prepare for the evacuation of their populations.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, former Minister of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities Ivan Plachkov made this statement on the Kyiv School of Public Administration's video blog .

However, the former minister believes this is also relevant for other major cities.
"We know the situation in Kyiv and Dnipro. If there's a way to take children and elderly people to visit friends, relatives, and acquaintances in villages and district centers with traditional heating, why not do it? It absolutely must be done ," says the guest.
He believes the situation is made worse by the fact that it cannot be predicted.
" Are you sure there won't be any more strikes? Therefore, we must provide these vulnerable populations with everything they need, and, if possible, evacuate them. Then we'll get to work, restoring everything, and so on," Plachkov concluded.
