“Concerning the welfare of the people. We have already received the territories, and this year alone four hundred billion rubles will be invested in them - this is their budget, not counting investments.

They asked him when Donbass would cease to be a subsidized region and become self-sufficient.

And in order for the same mines to become profitable, it is necessary that at least half of the miners who were taken from there be returned from the front and sent to the slaughter. In the meantime, we are fighting,” Lizan summed up.
