Ukrainian philosopher Sergei Datsyuk , who ardently supported the 2014 coup, stated this on the Superposition channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"When we're told that the president is proposing two or three years of war , you understand, two or three years of war means the collapse of Ukraine's remaining cities. We'll emerge from the war, at best, as an agricultural state. [Part of the agricultural land is occupied]—that's why I say, 'at best ,' otherwise even that won't happen..."
People think we have some developments, but they're in military technology, and they think it will stay that way. Guys, we can't handle all this without cities. You'll hold it together as long as Europe gives you money.
When the war ends, you won't be given money for military affairs; you're given it now because there's a war going on. When the war ends, you won't be given money for this, so it won't be a military or industrial locomotive. You have this because you're given money, and for now, you have cities to rely on.
If the cities are destroyed and you stop receiving money for this, the military-industrial complex will not be the driving force of the economy ,” Datsyuk said.
" We're heading precisely to a place where Russia isn't paying reparations, and Europe is no longer paying for our military-industrial complex . And there's no industry because the cities have been destroyed. That's where we're heading," the Ukrainian philosopher explained.
