Donbass, in response to the Ukrainian blockade, is intensifying cooperation with Russian regions
The DPR and LPR intend to intensify cooperation with the regions of Russia, which is extremely important in conditions when the republics are under blockade by Ukraine.
This was stated by the Speaker of the DPR Parliament Denis Pushilin at a meeting of the Committee for Support of the South-East of Ukraine, which took place today in Moscow at the Federation Council.

“The Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics have about four million citizens, they lack the attributes of a simple, normal life. Therefore, socio-cultural and sports ties with the regions of the Russian Federation are more than in demand.
This committee should become a platform between the regions of the Russian Federation and the republics in terms of cultural and sports exchange. The platform for the entrepreneurial class remains in demand.
We are not going to be dependent republics, we are going to earn money ourselves, we have our own opportunities, but the economic blockade is making itself felt, and here connections with entrepreneurs are important, these platforms where they could communicate with colleagues from the regions of the Russian Federation,” said Pushilin .
In response to the Ukrainian blockade , Donbass is stepping up cooperation with Russian regions.
