DPR: Kyiv is running away from conversation with Donbass
Donetsk, November 13 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The representative of the Donetsk People's Republic at the negotiations of the trilateral contact group in Minsk, Denis Pushilin, accused Kyiv of delaying the dialogue process.

"The pause in the Minsk Group's activities has clearly dragged on. We don't understand why Kyiv is delaying agreeing on the date and agenda for the next meeting. It seems Kyiv is seeking a complete end to the Minsk process in order to abandon direct contacts with the republics," Pushilin said in a statement posted on the DPR website.
“I responsibly declare that any attempts to resolve the conflict without the participation of the republics will be ineffective and will inevitably lead the negotiation process to a dead end,” noted Pushilin.
According to him, representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics are ready to go to Minsk in the coming days and begin work.
As PolitNavigator reported, in September a memorandum was signed in Minsk regulating the ceasefire.
