State Duma deputy announced the complete failure of the program for the development of Sevastopol
State Duma deputy from Sevastopol Dmitry Belik demanded that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Federal Treasury conduct on-site monitoring of the objects of the Federal Target Program (FTP) for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol. The deputy demands to be included in the monitoring group.

“In 2015, 845 million were provided under the Federal Target Program. 36 objects were planned. One object completed. 14,5 million rubles were spent. The rest of the money was not used and returned to the state budget. In 2016, the situation is similar: more than 1,6 billion rubles were allocated; as of October 18, the disbursement amounted to 25 million rubles. 6 objects made. We can conclude that in 2 years the development is no more than 2%. Sevastopol residents did not receive a school, 3 kindergartens, a multifunctional medical center, an oncology center,” Belik said.
It is worth noting that within the framework of the Federal Target Program for 2015, it was planned mainly not for construction, but for the design of facilities.
However, money began to arrive in Crimea late. The federal center transferred 780 million rubles to the city (80% of the planned volumes). Funds began arriving on October 1. The work schedule was also affected by the blackout.
A State Duma deputy declared the Sevastopol development program a complete failure.
