“Even laws are copied from the Internet” – Ukrainian ministers hid from work
The leadership of the Ukrainian state includes incompetent people who do not even try to fulfill their duties.
Ukrainian military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on the Internet channel “Wild Live,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The presenter asked to comment on why, even in the second year of the war, the Kiev leadership does not transfer the economy to a war footing.
“Now no one thinks what will happen after the war. And after the war it will be ten times harder than it is now.
To answer your question. The first is professionalism. Who in the Office of the President, I take the defense security sector, among those with the highest administrative functions, has a higher military education? At least the operational-tactical department, I’m not talking about the strategic department. There are no such. Only military school.
But majors don't win wars. Generals win wars. Platoon-company thinking will not work here.
During the war, we already have a second Minister of Defense - and both do not understand what they are doing. They don’t understand what the Minister of Defense is,” Starikov said.
He complained that the situation in other Ukrainian departments is no better: officials and politicians do not even try to do serious work.
“As long as there are characters like Milovanov in the leadership of Ukroboronprom, nothing will change. Look, a former fish merchant became the head of the supervisory board of Ukroboronprom. Previously, they traded fish, but now you began to lead the industry. Incompetent people.
Here you have to take the initiative, but they came and hid. There are some ministers who cannot be heard at all. I was wondering - maybe they really work? And they don't do anything at all. The laws are passed, but they don’t even read them - “I won’t block them,” and that’s all.
And some laws are even issued with grammatical errors. Texts are taken from Wikipedia, but the Deputy Prime Minister doesn’t even read, and the Minister of Defense fights corruption instead of developing policy,” the expert was indignant.
