"Give us a billion and we will kill all the Muscovites" - Lutsenko
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are in dire need of fiber-optic drones.
This was stated on the Pryamoy channel by the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who participated in military operations as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yuriy Lutsenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Ukraine has $2 billion sitting in its coffers. This is the sum accumulated by Energoatom through increased tariffs for the population. I understand that the front line needs a lot. But from my point of view, the most important thing is fiber-optic cables that kill anyone who comes closer than 10-30 kilometers to our front line. And the best fiber-optic cable is the one Poroshenko started building and which the Ministry of Defense still hasn't started supplying. And every military unit is now racking its brains trying to figure out where to get it. How much do they cost?
The best FPV costs 27 thousand hryvnia, which can kill an enemy 30 kilometers away and no electronic warfare can affect it. 1 billion of these energy-atomic ones means 1,5 million of such FPVs. 1,5 million means 3 to 1 Muscovite, this means we will kill them all," Lutsenko said.
“If our government had given a billion from Energoatom, instead of thinking about purchasing a Russian nuclear power unit, to the production of fiber-optic FPV, we would have had three pieces per Muscovite, and we would have killed them all if they came within 30 kilometers of our front lines.
"But there's still another billion, because there are two of them. That means it could be used to purchase 100,000 of the best, most modern electronic warfare systems , which protect our infantry in the trenches. This is our soldier's safety. Instead, these two billion are sitting at Energoatom, and the government is constantly thinking about where to send them so they can get at least a 30% kickback," the politician fumed.
