Former Republican Party foreign policy adviser and retired American diplomat Jim Jatras stated this on air during a video blog broadcast by TV host Rachel Blevins, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"You noticed that Trump was very upset in his statement about the Russian strikes, which were retaliatory strikes. He seemed unaware of the barrage of Ukrainian strikes on Moscow airports and so on... He seems very poorly informed about what the intelligence agencies are telling him.
