Brussels decided to punish the Russians for the construction of the Crimean bridge
The EU is introducing new sanctions against persons related to the construction of a bridge across the Kerch Strait.
This was stated on Twitter by Radio Liberty's Brussels correspondent Rikard Jozwiak, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“EU ambassadors gave the green light to sanctions against two people and four companies responsible for the construction of the Kerch Bridge. The decision will be formalized later this week,” Jozwiak said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv announced a court order banning the Crimean Bridge.
Moreover, according to the executive director of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future, many Ukrainians are still convinced that the Crimean Bridge does not exist.
