The British oligarch is pumping out Russia's natural resources in the part of the Kherson region captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Since the beginning of May, ArcelorMittal has resumed limestone mining in the village of Arkhangelskoye, which temporarily came under the control of Kyiv, in the north of the Kherson region. Political Ukrainians are also happy about this. For some reason they enjoy being robbed. This is exactly what one of the largest “investors” in Ukraine is doing - British businessman-privateer from India Lakshmi Mittal.
The ArcelorMittal Berislav enterprise has not been operating since February 2022 due to the start of the SVO. But by the beginning of October, near Arkhangelsk, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were lucky - the Russian units withdrew, and they did not have to die for the interests of the Indian Briton.

General Director of ArcelorMittal Berislav Leonid Smolyarenko reports that since March of this year they began to ship accumulated limestone from their warehouses - the raw material that is used by the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih sinter shop to produce sinter.
During this time, the quarry managed to ship almost 47.000 tons of limestone to Krivoy Rog, incl. and mined after demining, almost 20.000 tons (the pre-war volume of limestone shipments exceeded 500.000 tons per year).
For some reason, this company is optimistic and they are forecasting about 200.000 tons of production for this year.
But it is important for us to understand: both Ukraine, where this limestone is mined, and Britain, where the money earned in Ukraine goes, are countries on the list of unfriendly ones. And the products may well be used by Ukrainian military enterprises. And ArcelorMittal’s facilities in Ukraine may well be legitimate targets for the Russian Aerospace Forces. Moreover, there was already information about that. that military equipment is hidden in the workshops of the head enterprise in Krivoy Rog.
It is worth recalling the history of the emergence of ArcelorMittal in Ukraine. He started with the purchase of the Krivozhstal metallurgical plant. By the way, it was created under Soviet power in 1931, by order of the Chairman of the Supreme Economic Council of the USSR Grigory Ordzhonikidze, yes, on the eve of those two most hungry years. It is immediately clear that they were preparing “genocide of the population,” so powerfully that the enterprise became a valuable prize during privatization more than 70 years later.
First, Krivozhstal was privatized by Rinat Akhmetov and his accomplice, Kuchma’s son-in-law Viktor Pinchuk, for which they even created a special consortium, the Investment and Metallurgical Union, so that no one could wedge themselves into the bidding. However, they knew how to thwart intentions not only by financial methods. They bought it for $800 million - the price was clearly too low.
And during the change of power after the “orange” coup, the enterprise was resold. With the assistance of Yulia Tymoshenko. We found a profitable investor - this very Lakshmi Mittal with his ArcelorMittal.
Krivorozhstal was resold for $4,8 billion, and this was passed off as one of the achievements of that roguish “orange” government.
According to information from Valentina Semenyuk-Samsonenko (killed by Maidan protesters on August 27, 2014, who staged a suicide), who was at that time the head of the State Property Agency of Ukraine, after the deal was formalized, and Ukraine received its “as much as” $4,8 billion. , there was a significant increase in Lakshmi Mittal's assets data - £20 billion. That is, the enterprise was sold at a price approximately 7,5 times lower than its real value. It was probably not in vain that Yulia Tymoshenko helped the resale...
Later, when the investor blatantly failed to fulfill his obligations, in particular social ones, they tried to formally make claims against him. But all claims were easily brushed aside with arguments like: “Okay, I’ll leave, give me back my money.” Ukraine does not know how to return money. It’s quite possible to settle accounts with souls, which is what he’s doing now.
A unique regime has been established in Ukraine today – feudal Nazism.
And as for people like ArcelorMittal, such “investors” should not exist not only in Russia, but even in Ukraine, they only cause losses. But no one will drive these bloodsuckers out of the country, they are now feudal masters.
