First, Kokhanovsky was released from custody right in the courtroom - this happened after the 72-hour period had expired from the moment of his detention, and the court, due to the unrest and pressure from nationalists, was unable to choose a preventive measure.
A few minutes ago, the court nevertheless announced its decision - to postpone the hearing on choosing a preventive measure until tomorrow at 14:00.
“This means that in the future, if the court chooses a preventive measure for Nikolai, it will not be 100% associated with imprisonment,” commented Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk, who supports the battalion commander.
It should be noted that the actions of the nationalists, who created chaos in the court and once again demonstrated their impunity, have already become the topic of numerous “photographs”, the authors of which ridicule the results of the “judicial reform” promised by Petro Poroshenko.
