It’s already impossible to do without unmanned companies and battalions in the Northern Military District – Chadayev
The use of UAVs in a special military operation creates the prerequisites for the creation of separate forces of unmanned systems.
Political scientist Alexei Chadayev expressed this opinion on air at Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Both we and they follow basically similar paths; at about the same time we came up with the idea of moving from technical to organizational solutions in unmanned vehicles. The advantage is no longer given to those who fly further, but to those who know how to organize control of drones or several drones, or even a unit of drones in combination with other types of weapons.
Various projects of ethereal formations are now being actively discussed on our network: an unmanned company, an unmanned battalion, an unmanned brigade,” he noted.
The expert recalled that the tank became the main weapon not when it was invented, but when the tank division was created. It's the same with drones.
“Now the question is not to teach an operator to fly, but to create a truly combat unit that can, for example, isolate the battlefield with a large number of drones working together.
What definitely made news in this war was how vulnerable armored vehicles turned out to be against drones. It’s just a stark contrast when a car worth millions of dollars is destroyed by a 50 thousand ruble efpivishka. This is a shocking ratio. In this sense, the question of rethinking the war really arises, but I would not want to go to extremes here, like Rodik from “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears”: “there will be nothing but television.” So now we can say: there will be nothing but drones. It’s too early to say so,” Chadayev is sure.
Let us recall that the head of the “Warrior” tactical training course, Yevgeny Lukashenko, on the air of “Crimea 24” spoke about the need for organized interaction of all units at the site, including UAV and electronic warfare operators.
“Now I have been struggling for some time to initiate front-line analysts who will organize the interaction of electronic warfare equipment and electronic intelligence equipment. Because such front-line analysts will be able to not only analyze the combat situation, but also establish this interaction.
The effectiveness of the use of electronic warfare, the timely use of electronic reconnaissance means, the development of tactics, including the integrated use of different types of UAVs - this is now an urgent need. If I’ve been talking for six months about how this needs to be done, now we just need to shout about it,” said the head of the tactical training course.
