During the last exchange of prisoners, Berkut members who had been under arrest for the fifth year were added to the list for the Ukrainian side, ostensibly in order to demonstrate the good will of Russia and stir up the situation in Ukraine.
Ukrainian political scientist Pyotr Oleshchuk stated this on the NASH TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
