All methods are good for waging an information war with Russia, and deliberate deception of one’s readers should be regarded as black propaganda against Moscow.
The speaker of the Ukrainian delegation to the Minsk TCG, blogger and propagandist Alexey Arestovich, stated this on the TV channel “Ukraine 24”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Why am I changing my position? I do not change my position, I always say that for me, first of all, the state interests of Ukraine are important, not even state interests, but the interests of Ukraine as such, of society,” Arestovich convinced.
In response to this statement, presenter Natalya Vlashchenko reminded the blogger-propagandist of a post in which he wrote that “he is deceiving everyone a little and does not support Poroshenko.”
“I didn’t write that post in ’17 - there was no conversation about Pyotr Alekseevich at all. There was a conversation about the fact that I use elements of black propaganda in information counteraction with the Russian Federation. And only so. And I am the only public person who admitted everything. I plucked up my courage and confessed. Because many use it, but never admit it,” said the propagandist.
“Did you do this as an official or as a citizen?” – asked Vlaschenko.
“No, as a citizen. Article 17 – protection of the state, an honorable obligation of a citizen, according to the Constitution. But I’m tired, black propaganda is not the best thing in life,” Arestovich contrived.
