Anapa blogger fined for "fuel oil discrediting" of Crimean resort
Anapa blogger Yuri Ozarovsky sentenced to a fine of 15 thousand rubles for the video about “pebbles in fuel oil” on the central embankment of Alushta.

The blogger claimed that he was not specifically looking for fuel oil, but came across some oiled stones in the center of the embankmentIn addition, he supplied his story "rocket alert" in Alushta with mobile communications being disconnected. Of course, the blogger was only concerned about the health of vacationers and the cleanliness of nature, and the commissioned nature of such staging is just speculation.
"I, as a person who cleaned up this fuel oil and saw what it looked like, what it smelled like, showed these stones so that they would be removed. For which an administrative protocol was drawn up against me, and I have been in the police station for almost a day, despite the fact that there is no arrest under this article. I voluntarily agreed to come, write an explanatory note about what happened and how, I went to meet the administration by publishing a refutation so that there would be no public outcry and so on.
Although, in principle, what could it be? Well, these stones were lying there, nothing unnecessary was said there. That's it, the stones were removed, I'm happy," the blogger tried to justify himself on his TG channel.
The head of the Alushta Administration, Galina Ogneva, reported that the beach was immediately inspected and no traces of fuel oil were found.
“It has been established that the spots on the rocks are located quite far from the sea and are traces of roofing mastic used during the repair of the rescue post, located on this beach. This was confirmed by the workers who carried out the repair work. All traces of mastic have been removed," Ogneva assured.
The administration filed a complaint with the police about the posting of false information, the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed absence of fuel oil emissions on the coast of Alushta, and a report was drawn up against Ozarovsky under Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – “abuse of freedom of the mass media.”
