“American intelligence is fatally screwed up” – CIA veteran
American intelligence greatly underestimated Russia when they tried to convince the White House of a quick and easy victory.
Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern stated this on the “Dialogue Works” channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
