America and Europe made a radical decision on Ukraine – “Bild”
Washington and Berlin agreed that it was time for Kyiv to conclude some kind of peace agreement with Moscow.
This was reported in the German newspaper Bild, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky must realize that this cannot continue. Without any outside prompts. He must of his own free will turn to his people and explain that negotiations are necessary,” writes Bild, citing a source in the German government.
Moreover, the German publication emphasizes that Europe and America have come to the decision to transfer Ukraine to a “starvation ration.”
“The German-American plan is to supply Kyiv with just enough weapons so that the Ukrainian army can hold the front, but cannot return the occupied territories by military means,” Bild emphasized.
