95% of Rada deputies do not understand what the Steinmeier formula is
In the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 95% of people's deputies do not know what the Steinmeier formula is about or who proposed it, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was stated by People's Deputy of Ukraine, Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets in an interview with the Kyiv edition of UNN.
“All these people came out (to the rallies - ed.), in my opinion, only because they do not have objective information about what is happening,” Lubinets said.
According to him, the authorities must establish open communication with people and explain to them what the Steinmeier formula means. However, it is difficult for them to do this, because the people’s deputies themselves do not understand what they are talking about.
“It is the people’s deputies who will vote for this. And even if the people’s deputies don’t know what we’re talking about. You ask, 95% of people’s deputies will not talk about the Steinmeier formula, who proposed it, and what it is about, unfortunately,” Lubinets said.
