Kyiv, November 26 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - The Ukrainian side announces that two columns of military equipment have crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border at the Izvarino point, moving in the direction of Lugansk.

“We are talking about 40 trucks, accompanied by 2 armored vehicles and an UAZ. Most of them were tilted KamAZs: 7 vehicles transported enemy personnel, more than 20 vehicles transported artillery mounts on trailers. 10-12 military tented trucks passed through the Dovzhansky checkpoint in the direction of the city of Antratsit, Lugansk region,” reports the press service of the Security Council of Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian side, “it was at these checkpoints that Russia blocked the work of the OSCE observation mission.”

Currently, there are 142 observers working in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, of which 11 are Russian citizens, the same number are from the United States and 14 observers are British citizens.
