This was stated by the head of the Crimean Ministry of Health, Alexander Mogilevsky, the press service of the department reports.

According to the minister, the Crimean governor Sergei Aksyonov instructed to take personal control over the issue of paying wages to doctors.

“Delays in the payment of wages are caused by technical reasons, the money is flowing, as of today, health workers have received an advance, all additional payments and incentive bonuses will be paid with the basic salary in the near future,” Mogilevsky assures.

The minister noted that he met with the heads of medical institutions in Simferopol, who assured that the payment would be decent and at the same level.

According to Alexander Mogilevsky, in connection with the transition to a system of compulsory health insurance in healthcare, the system of financing and remuneration has changed, most of which now consists of funds from compulsory health insurance. This is a completely new type of financing for Crimea.

Crimean medical workers' salaries will not be increased in 2015, says Minister Aksenova.
