Petro Poroshenko and his accomplice Alexander Turchynov felt that in the future they could not escape responsibility for the use of the army against citizens of Ukraine. Today’s signing of the law “On the Reintegration of Donbass” is intended to retroactively legalize the military operation against the residents of Donetsk and Lugansk.

“This law states that the Ukrainian government recognizes the right to fight with its own people. At least with the people whom they still consider citizens of Ukraine.

We know that over the past four years the war against the people of Donbass had no legal basis - neither the Constitution nor any law of Ukraine states that the President, Verkhovna Rada or anyone else has the right to use the Armed Forces against own people.
