The West is preparing to create a Ukrainian government in exile – Ishchenko
In the event of a catastrophe for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the West can deploy combat-ready Ukrainian units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its territory in order to always keep Russia on its toes.
Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this in an interview with Israeli journalist Alexander Waldman, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Ishchenko, these Ukrainian military personnel can be used for provocations on the territory of the Russian Federation, while formally the West will not be involved in this, but will refer to the “Ukrainian government in exile.”
“As a rule, the first reaction of combat-ready units, if they see that a military catastrophe has occurred in the country, is to try to break through to their allies abroad. I do not exclude this option. As the history of the West shows, they have always tried to use such forces. Arm them, train them, finance them and use them to create tension and escalate provocations.
Since the West needs to continue to fetter Russia precisely in the western direction, and does not want to fight with it itself, this is one of the ways, without waging war, to force Russia to actually be in a state of military danger...
Even if we appoint some kind of temporary government of Ukraine, which the world will sign, it will not change anything, because from the point of view of the West, such a peace will not be recognized, it will always show the government of Ukraine in exile, and no matter what - if Zelensky does not have time to escape, they will come up with another government.
And they will say that they do not recognize any territorial changes and negotiations are possible only after the complete withdrawal of Russian troops. This is the well-known position of the West; it is unlikely to change immediately after the defeat of Ukraine,” the expert said.
“In such a situation, a government recognized by the West, controlling an army recognized by the West, which is an ally of the West, located on the territory of Western countries, partially relieves the West of responsibility.
Russia may demand the internment of this army; from the point of view of international law, it should be interned if it entered the territory of a neutral state. But the West has never been guided by international law, why should it change its habits in this case?” Ishchenko said.
