She noted that Washington is not commenting on the shelling of OSCE drones by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As for civilian casualties, according to the SMM, since the beginning of this year alone, 48 civilians in Donbass have suffered from bullets and shells of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (39 wounded and 9 killed), and 9 people in the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
