Donetsk, January 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Militia forces continue to clean up the Donetsk airport: scattered units of “cyborgs” are putting up fierce resistance.

The battle for complete control of the airport does not stop for a minute. The units of the “Sparta” battalion located at the forefront are engaged in a tight shooting battle with the Ukrainian military.
“We don’t understand at all why they are sitting there,” one of the militia members of the Sparta battalion told PolitNavigator in a telephone conversation. “We are moving forward, clearing everything here meter by meter. They were already offered to surrender and leave on their own, they were already given a corridor - no, they sat there like rats. There are a lot of corpses here, their losses are huge. We find them everywhere one by one, two by two, we find body parts. They found several refrigerators for ice cream, they kept the dead there, it’s unclear why they didn’t take them out.”
