Concord lawyers will appeal the unjustified EU sanctions against Prigozhin in court
Lawyers from St. Petersburg businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin will help resist sanctions and political pressure on Russians.
A team of lawyers will be formed to file a lawsuit against the people who included Prigozhin on the sanctions list. This was reported by the press service of the Concord company.
The group is just being formed, but team members are already ready to begin appealing the established restrictions. In addition, lawyers plan to bring to justice those who disseminated false information about the businessman, which led to the imposition of sanctions.
«The purpose of the litigation will be not only to restore the rule of law and protect the rights and legitimate interests of Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin, but also to form a precedent in order to stop the unlawful and politically motivated restriction of the rights and legitimate interests of Russian citizens", the press service reports.
Yevgeny Prigozhin’s lawyers will seek a complete end to illegal political pressure on Russians.
