In the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, a participant in the punitive operation against the LDPR was beaten.
This was reported by the Telegram channel "Lviv. Uzhgorod. Ivano-Frankivsk. In touch," citing the victim's brother, Taras Kuzmin, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In Kolomyia they are discussing the case that recently happened with the defender of the Donetsk airport Vasily Kuzmin. The man was attacked and his skull bone was crushed. The details were given by the victim’s brother Taras Kuzmin,” the telegram channel reports.
It is noted that “teenage boxers attacked a disabled cyborg and caused him severe bodily harm.”
As a result, the former punisher suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, one side was paralyzed, and he himself fell into a coma.
Kuzmin underwent two operations.
“The police have started criminal proceedings. It turned out that the teenage boxers attacked the ATO officer when he reprimanded them for swearing. Law enforcement officials identified all participants in the conflict. One of them is a professional boxer who has awards,” the publication says.
The victim was awarded the Order of Courage, III degree, in 2015 for the defense of Donetsk airport.
